Tina has more than 30 years of development experience in Catholic institutions. She currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations at Bellarmine University. Tina has been with Bellarmine since 1990 when she began as Director of Annual Giving.
Throughout her last 15 years as Associate Vice President, Tina helped lead the team to successfully complete a $100 million campaign for eleven constructed or renovated campus buildings, 49 endowed scholarships, and new academic programs, and increased philanthropic and cash support, including Annual Fund giving.
Tina looks to her time at Sacred Heart Schools with great enthusiasm. “Under Dr. McNay’s leadership and with the strong team already in place, I will dedicate myself to raising significant support, engaging graduates, and recruiting excellent students. I am truly moved by this opportunity to continue to make Sacred Heart Schools a strong place where students are empowered to realize their potential.”
Tina has served on the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District Board since 2002 and the CASE International Board of Trustees from 2016 to 2019. She and her team have been awarded the CASE Circle of Excellence Award for Overall Performance five times since 1996. Bellarmine honored Tina with the Catholic Identity Award in 2015 and the Monsignor Alfred F. Horrigan Award for Distinguished Service in 2020.
Dr. Karen McNay, president of Sacred Heart Schools says, “Tina’s experience working with Catholic institutions, her network in the Louisville community and proven track record in major giving, strategic planning, campaign work, relationship building and collaborative work with marketing and communications are unparalleled. But she is also a true fit for Sacred Heart Schools in myriad other ways. Tina is a Louisvillian, a Sacred Heart Academy alumna, and an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. I am thrilled to bring Tina home to Sacred Heart and have every confidence that she will be the dynamic leader to carry our Institutional Advancement team to new levels.”
